Facilities Project Manager

Compensation range for onsite WA applicants is $75,000 to $90,000. All applicants are welcome to apply.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the execution of projects.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure
• deadlines will be met.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope,
• schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and functionality.
• Establish and interface with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Create, develop and manage project budgets.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
• Revise and create construction drawings.
• Perform facility and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance of safety and equipment training initiatives.
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or applicable certifications.
• Collective 5 to 8 years of experience in construction, facilities management or related industry.
• Must have experience in managing complex projects.
• Proficient in creating and reading facility layout drawings.
• Software proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and presentation skills in a professional setting.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be willing to take and successfully pass a drug test.
